About us

Rachel Whiteside (LSSMDip) founded Bodyflow with Gemma Ireland (MAR) in 2001 in London where they originally set up the company as a corporate chair massage business. In 2003 Rachel left the UK to set up Bodyflow in Zurich, a clinic that offers a range of massages and cranio-sacral therapy. The London branch is still running successfully, now offering an extensive range of treatments direct to the client's home.

Rachel's reputation as a massage therapist surpasses her, and with a history as a competing triathlete, she is especially known for her effective work with sports injuries and postural problems. Her expertise and confidentiality has also earned her an extensive client list that ranges from A-list celebrities to stressed out city workers and housewives.

Her further training in cranio-sacral therapy allows her to offer the client the added benefit of a very gentle therapy, effective in the treatment of physical and emotional problems and one which can either be combined with massage or given as a separate therapy.
